REYX is built on a foundation of privacy. This policy describes how we handle your information when you interact with our website and, in the future, our hardware device. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for advertising purposes.

At this stage, REYX collects only the email address you provide when joining our waitlist. We use this solely to notify you about product updates, launch information, and early access invitations. We do not collect browsing data, device fingerprints, or behavioral tracking beyond standard server logs.
Hardware & On-Device Privacy
REYX devices are designed with on-device privacy in mind. Full details on hardware data handling and audio capture controls will be described in the product privacy documentation at launch.
Data Storage
Email addresses are stored securely with our waitlist service provider. We retain this data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@reyx.co. We will respond within 30 days.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email to waitlist members. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
